Do you know Candace Cameron Bure? Maybe you will know her if you look TV drama "Full House". This series became famous in 1994. In Full House she plays as DJ Tanner who is the eldest daughter. What happened with her now?
She will be back in new TV drama "More it or Break it". What the different? If you look Full House she was a little girl. Now she grown up and became slim. She has lost 22 pounds.
How did she become success lose her weight?

This is the answer:
First, she does a routine exercise for half an hour. Don't do heavy exercise in some days a week. But the most important things what you must do is Consistency.
