So there is some disease that base on cerebral vascular disease, and that disease can make the arterial blockage or tear and cause bleeding.
And diseases that can make cerebral vascular diseases are hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, Diabetes mellitus and etc.

Blood that come to heart bring oxygen to heart, so if the flow of blood blocked,there is a part of heart being died and after all part of heart being die and can make cardiac arrest and sudden death. 
Heart attack symptoms are burn feeling in our chest or pain in chest that creep up to our left arm or neck or jaw. This is called angina pectoris. Sometimes this attack has no symptom or symptom less and called silent angina.

What is Gastric ulcer?
There is a hole in the lining of stomach that called peptic ulcer. Peptic ulcer that located in the stomach called Gastric ulcers. Peptic ulcers caused by imbalance between gastric acid and the lining of stomach. And the gastric acid corrode the lining of the stomach.

The main causes are:
-Using aspirin or NSAIDs in a long time.
